before

put us in a bad mood

Stick To A Routine
You can reduce a lot of
stress and frantic running
around by establishing
routines
WHEN YOU ESTABLISH A
ROUTINE
You will quickly become
more efficient at it
This will allow you to get more stuff done and it will
free up your mind to focus on things that you are
looking forward to later in the day
Don’t Over Eat
A healthy diet will do
amazing things for your
emotional state
When you overeat, your body will be forced
to spend extra energy digesting the food.
This is why we feel tired after we finish a
large meal
By keeping your meals light and
healthy, you will have more
energy throughout your day
