How to Attach IMR & Training Attachments

To Navy e-Leave Requests

Step by Step Process

IMR

• Member logs into Bupers Online: https://bol.navy.mil

• Select Individual Medical Readiness Status (IMR) from the application menu.

• Member’s Individual Medical Readiness will show. • Select File then print from the Internet Explorer menu bar.

• Under “Select Printer” select Adobe PDF then Print. • A file will be created from your IMR screen. • Save the document (PDF–IMR).

• Log into Navy Knowledge Online (NKO): https://wwwa.nko.navy.mil/ • Select Learning menu from the yellow tab and then select Navy eLearning.

• In the “My Learning” section, select “Open My Training History”.

• On the right side of page, select “Transcript”. A new window will appear titled “Online Training Transcript”.

• Select “File” from the Internet Explorer menu bar and then select “Print”.

• Prior to you submitting for approval, select “Attachments” on the

Reviewer(s)/Approver screen.

Importing Documents into “eLeave”

• The “eLeave Attachment window will appear. • Select “Add” button. • The “File Attachment” dialog box will appear.

• Select “Browse” then go to the locations that you saved your IMR and Training documents. • Select the saved document, and then select “Open”. • The file location will appear in the “”File Attachment” dialog box. • Select “Upload”. • The uploaded file will appear under the “eLeave Attachment(s) window for your leave paper.

• To add additions files, select “+” which is located in the last column.

• The “Add” button will appear. Select “Add” to attach another document. The “File Attachment” dialog box will appear. Select “Browse”, then select the saved document and then select “Open”. The file location will appear in the “File Attachment” dialog box. Select “Upload”. The uploaded file will appear under the “eLeave Attachment(s)" window for your leave paper.

• Once all documents have been uploaded, select “Close”. NSIPS will return you to the “Reviewer(s)/Approver” screen. Select “Submit for Approval”.
