Apply a fine mist of water to the top of your cake if your cake

icing is quite dry

Step 1

Place the polythene bag and its contents in the freezer

Step 2

Wait for 30 seconds – 1 minute. Why not boil the kettle for a

cuppa?

Take out of the freezer

Step 3

Quickly and carefully remove the backing away from the

icing sheet

Step 4

Flatten down et Voila – you have your photo cake!
