The Executive Diploma Programme which is offered by UTM Razak

School of Engineering and Advanced Technology is an alternative

education for industrial workers who do not have the opportunity to

further their education in mainstream programmes. It aims to address

directly the industry-specific issues and fulfil the needs of the workforce.

This program is the first executive diploma programs in Malaysian Higher

Education system approved by the MQA.

This programme commenced in 2005 and it has produced more than

3,000 graduates.

Payment MethodsLearners are able to make payments of the tuition fees via: • PTPTN• Employee Provident Fund (EPF) withdrawals• Flexible Payment Scheme (monthly instalment)• Loans from financial institutions• Alms fund (Tabung zakat)• Sponsorship (Employers, State Foundations, National Foundation,etc)Learning CentresLearning centres are located in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Pulau Pinang, Johor, Sarawak, Terengganu and others.Medium Of InstructionLectures and sessions are conducted in Malay or in English; depending on the needs of learners.Academic PathGraduates of this program can continue to the Executive Master programme without having to enrol in a degree programme. However, in order for them to be eligible for this, they have to have the stipulated number of working years. After completing the master programme, they can further enrol into the Doctorate programme offered at UTM Razak School.

Entry Requirement1. University General Requirements Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with three (3) creditsOR2. University General Requirements for Certificate Holders Obtained a certificate from Polytechnic or equivalent in a field relevant to the course applied with a minimum of CGPA 2.00OR3. University General Requirements for Other Qualifications Holds other qualifications that are deemed equivalent to SPM levels approved by the Government of Malaysia and by the UTM Senate with three (3) creditsAND4. Programme Specific Requirements Candidates must provide evidence endorsed by the present employer showing at least three (3) years working experience in related field At least 21 years of age

Pass the interview / test to certify experiences, if required by UTM Candidates are required to submit a detailed transcript of SPM / Certificates result (from the first semester to the final semester) / Course Attendance, endorsed by employer.
