3. Fill the Details where you want to change Address/Name/Premises/Taxable Services….etc.

5. Then Click Next/Save& Continue

6. Fill the Details of Proprietor/Partners/Directors.( Don’t forget to click save & Add New )

7. Then Click Save & Continue

8. Then Amend Form ST-1( Application ) will be opened Take a Print out of the same

9. Click Submit Acknowledgement will be Generated Take a Print out of the same (It can be available at REGPrint Ack Receipt option)

10.After Submission of hard copies to the Jurisdictional officer, ST–2 will be issued in Two days

11.Documents listed below should be submitted to the Jurisdictional Officer

Acknowledgement & Amend ST-1 Application. Rental Agreement along with recent power bill, ID Proof of Proprietor.
