Banners can be designed either as a text, image, animation (such as Flash) and can also include sound

Design your banner or get it designed

You can design your banner from various banner creation sites like

When you get your banner designed, follow some simple steps to add it to

your store

4How to add a banner to your

store



Step 1:

Login to your store admin panel using your Goo2o login id and password

Click on ‘Banners’ under ‘Design’ tab

Step 2:

To upload a new banner, click on ‘Add a banner’ button

Step 3:

Start adding banner details, enter banner name first

It should be any name related to banner, which will make it easy for you

to identify the banner

It will not be visible on your store



Easily identifiable for colorful laptops


Step 4:

Enter ‘Banner content’ which includes either HTML coding of your

banner or paste the image directly in the textbox field

Step 4.1: To enter banner code

If you want to enter HTML code for your banner. Fill the code in the

textbox as shown below




Step 4.2: To enter banner image

If you want to enter banner image directly. Paste the image in the

textbox as shown below




Step 5:

Choose the location where you want to place your banner from

dropdown, according to the selected layout of your store

You can choose banner location from options like header top, body top,

body bottom, left body block, right body block, main body block & footer

bottom

Your banner will get placed on your selected location

Step 6:

Select the page where you want to display your banner

It’ll only show the pages depending upon your entered location

E.g. if you have chosen right block and ‘Category page’ has no right block

then it’ll not be an accessible option

If you want to display it on internal page(e.g. Ultracet) then click the main

page that is ‘brand page’ and select ’Ultracet

Step 7:



Mark to make it visible

Mark the checkbox if you want your banner to get visible on

your specified page & location

If you leave it unmarked then it’ll add your banner in the

‘Manage banner’ list and you can make it visible later


Step 8:

Don’t forget to click ‘Save’ button, otherwise your banner will not get

uploaded or listed

If you want to cancel the banner or the details entered, click on red

cross icon placed along with the ‘Save’ button

You have Successfully added the banner to your store… check it out



Save


Banner appearance and design depends on the HTML code and details that

you provide us. So copy & paste the code carefully

You can manage your banner settings anytime but changing the code

needs attention. If you enter the wrong code, it’ll not get visible properly

on your store

Most important is to check out the pages where you have added your

banner and visualize whether it appeared the same you expected
