1. Select the size and style of the Facebook Icon you want from above
Click on the icon to select it then right click on the image again to
select “Copy” 2
3. If you are using a different icon make sure it is saved to your computer
4. In Outlook go to the Tools drop down menu and select Options

5. Click on the Mail Format tab then Signatures
6. Click on New or select a signature to edit
7. Name your new signature then click OK
Enter the text of your Signature, then click on the Insert Picture Icon or
right click and paste the picture you copied from above and skip step 9
In the Insert Picture window navigate to where you saved the icon

10. Go to your Facebook website and copy the URL for your page at the top of
your browser
11. Go back to your Outlook Signature
To add this URL to the icon, click on the icon to select it then click on the
Insert Hyperlink button

In the address bar paste the URL you copied from your Facebook Page, then
click OK
14. Be sure to click Save at this point

Make sure your email address appears in the “E-mail account” window and
then use the drop downs to select the name of the signature you just created
for “New messages” and “Replies/forwards" now click OK.
