N.B Donate now is only available to pages registered with Facebook as charity or not for profit. If this option isn’t available to you check your page settings.

3. Type in your MyDonate donation page URL and click save changes

Did you know you can add links to your MyDonate page from your own website and your email signatures?• Log in to your MyDonate charity profile and select My Account• Select Promotional Tools to access a range of tools and links to help promote your page and events

• In the website field type in your MyDonate donation page url• Your MyDonate url will be:

mydonate.bt.com/donation/donate.html?charity=INSERTYOURCHARITYNAMEHERE

• The charity name you enter into the above needs to be the same name as you use for your MyDonate page

• To check your charity name go to your MyDonate profile page and check the final section of the url on your charity profile page.

• Here’s an example: mydonate.bt.com/donation/donate.html?charity=thesupportersclub

N.B You can test the url before entering it by trying it a separate browser window

4. Click Save Changes• Once you have entered your url click save changes.• You can test that you have the right address by clicking donate now, a

pop up will appear letting you know you are leaving Facebook and you should then be taken to your MyDonate page

• If there is an error with the page just go back to step 1 and edit the url address by following the same steps
