How Remove MobileIron on your iPhone or iPad

If you are installing AirWatch on your iOS device, you must first remove the MobileIron profile.

1. Open the Settings app.2. Tap General3. Scroll down and tap “Device Management”.

If you get stuck at any point, call the Help Desk at

3410.

4. Tap “Oklahoma Heart Hospital”.5. Tap “Remove Management”.

6. Enter your device’s passcode.a. This is the same passcode you type when you first open your device.

7. Tap “Remove Management”.

Done! You have removed the MobileIron profile and can now install AirWatch if you choose.

You may also delete the MobileIron app if you choose, but this is not necessary to installing AirWatch. There is no advantage to keeping the MobileIron app on your device anymore.
