PRESENTED BY
At the Eley Law Firm, we've been providing
dedicated advocacy to injured workers in
Colorado for over 25 years. As such, we
know how the terminology used to discuss
work-related injuries can seem confusing
and even a bit intimidating to the average
person.
In light of this reality and our genuine desire
to help people better understand the risks
they are facing at their places of
employment, we’re now going to examine a
very common work injury.
• The frequency of work-related
back injuries
• The common causes of work-related
back injuries
• The consequences of work-related
back injuries
• The options available to those who've
suffered work-related back injuries
IN OUR PRESENTATION, WE'LL EXPLORE:
that musculoskeletal injuries -- those
affecting the muscles, ligaments, tendons
and other structures that help the body
move -- continue to plague workers.
GOVERNMENT STATISTICS SHOW
One area of the body that is particularly
susceptible to these work-related
musculoskeletal injuries is the back.

years of recovery or even
total permanent disability.
THE SPINE

serious back injury on the job is
