After you place an order, either through the website https://www.heritagefreshonline.com/Home

or the App https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mcb.heritage.activities

the nearest Heritage Fresh

store is notified of your order.

The ordered items are selected from the

same collection of fresh

groceries that you can

find at any of the

Heritage Fresh stores.

The items are rechecked for their freshness & quality to

make sure that you would be

satisfied with your purchase.

Within 3½ hours from the time you’ve

placed your order, or

within your own appointed

time, a delivery man is then

sent to your address

with your order.

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may

not always be possible due to product

characteristics, or availability.

In case you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product

(not very likely),

then the product will soon be

replaced in a short span of time.

And finally, you can enjoy your

favourite groceries

just the way you like it.
