The Top Spot is exclusive to you for the entire month, meaning that when your stock matches a lead’s search criteria, your listings are featured and no else’s. This gives you immense exposure for your properties and your brand.

Which communities can I place offers on?You can place offers for the following Top Communities in Dubai:

Is there a maximum amount I can offer?There is no maximum amount, you choose how much you want to spend.

Can I own the Community Top Spot in other communities such as Al Barsha in Dubai or Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi?Yes, you can. These communities have a fixed price and work on a first-come first-served basis. Get in touch with your Account Manager and they can help you book it.

When can I place offers?You can place offers for a week, starting from 9am on 22nd of every month. The deadline for offers is 5pm, 28th of every month.

Place offers directly from Manager for the Top Ten Communities

How long is the Community Top Spot valid for in Top Communities?The Top Communities are available for one calendar month from midnight on 1st October until midnight on 31st

What is the starting offer amount in Top Communities? The starting offer amount depends on the community, but start at just AED 2,000. Head to the Community Top Spot tab in Manager to find out prices for each community.

Is there a maximum time I can own the Community Top Spot in Fixed Communities for?Yes, Fixed Communities (Al Barsha, Saadiyat Island etc.) are available for a set price for minimum 1 month and maximum 3 months.

What happens when I make the top offer?If your offer is the highest, we will send you a notification email letting you know. Your Community Top Spot will go live on 1st calendar day the following month.

How do I know if someone placed a higher offer from mine?You will get an email as soon as someone places a higher offer than yours, so that you can offer more before we close taking offers. You can place unlimited number of offers, just ensure that you do so before 9pm two days before the end of the month.

Who can place offers?Users with Admin rights can place offers directly via Manager. Users with Agent rights cannot place offers. Check out this step by step video tutorial.

What if I have insufficient funds on my card on file with Propertyfinder?If you win, and the payment is declined, the Community Top Spot will be allocated to the next highest offer.

Does the Community Top Spot replace Smart Ads?No it doesn’t. Only when the Community Top Spot is awarded AND the user’s search criteria match the available stock, will Community Top Spot be displayed instead of Smart Ads. When the stock available is different from the criteria set by the user, Smart Ads will be switched on, so listings from the agent who owns the Community Top Spot will not appear.

Your properties have to match the user’s search criteria to be in the Community Top Spot. So make sure that you place offers only in areas where you have stock.

Will my Community Top Spot appear on mobile?Yes, it will appear on the desktop and mobile versions of our website (not on the app for now).
