    attention toward themselves. When it comes to looks, weight is a major concern for all of us. How your

    body responds to the food you eat is a big issue. Too much dessert and you will start to look flabby and

    bulky and too little food will have your clothes hanging on your bones. There are many reasons for an

    increase in your weight and one of the most common one is because of stress and tension. Anxiety

    triggers many responses in a human and everyone has a different way of dealing with it. some use stress

    management technique while other start eating through their stress and dont even realize in their

    desperation what the carb is doing to their body. Nutritionists have done a great job in studying human

    behavior and their responses to different stimuli so when you have an issue with weight management

    then the first thing they do is ask you about your life and the current environment that surrounds you.
