A graph is a type of geometrical mathematics to solve the problems that are related to the mathematics. Basically graph is used to represent the sample data or records in the visualize form.

Most popularly histogram is used for showing the frequency distribution. In mathematics, frequency of the data can be refers as number of same data values in the records.

In histogram, these are represented by using the concept of rectangle whose widths represent the class interval and whose height is proportional to the corresponding data frequencies. The histogram technique of graph allows the user to adjust the data values into bins through which they can be easily plotted.

This graph looks like a bar graph but the basic difference is that in the bar graph only y axis contains the scale value in the graph but in the histogram both the axis means x axis and y axis contains the scale value to represent the data value and their frequencies.

In histogram, the frequencies of sample data are shown on the x - axis of the graph. From the above theory we get that histogram depends on the set of two values one is sample data and other is frequency.

It means that histogram depended on the scale value of x-axis and y-axis. In the histogram x- axis contains the range value like 10 to 20 or 20 to 30 and so on.

In the same aspect y- axis contains the simple scale value in the histogram, whose value depended on the user. In the below we show you some of the steps that helps in understanding the concept of How to Make a Histogram.

( i) To create the histogram perform the analysis of sample data. The combination of both values means sample data with their frequency makes possible the creation of histogram. In any case frequency of sample data is not available then it can be calculated by creating the tally table of available data and then calculate the frequency of sample data.

( ii) when we get frequency of sample data from the tally table after that we need to perform the calculation of different range value of the sample data.

(iii) The label of the histogram’s frequency and sample data should be clear and accurate, which must be specifying about the goal of histogram.

(iv)According to available sample data analyze the scale value of the x- axis and y- axis. The calculated frequency value should be put on the x axis of the histogram.

(v) In the final step put the rectangular bars with regarding to the sample data values and the frequency. There is no need to put the space between the bars.
