ADAPT is the useful modelfor discussing the changeproposed by Mike Cohn.
ADAPT is the acronym ofAwarenessDesireAbilityPromotionTransfer
Awareness Waking up to the fact thatpast ways are no longer working.
DesireHaving the desire to make the changewith Agile/Scrumfor overcoming the present problems.
Ability The Ability to be agile.
PromotionPromoting Agile/Scrumto other development units.
Transfer Transfering Agile/Scrumto other non-development units.
How is it useful?
We can discuss the changewith these 3 levels :individuals, teams, and organizations.
