Our Daily Schedule: 8:35 – First Bell – Morning Work
(review) Students will come in and put their book bags away and automatically go to the restroom. When they return they will start their morning work that is already at their seats.
8:45 – Second Bell – Announcements 8:50- Language Arts 9:50 – Specials Day 1 Media Day 2 Guidance Day 3 Art Day 4 Music Day 5 Technology Day 6 PE Calendar (math skills, reading, Spanish)

Read and comprehend non-fiction and fiction Retell texts including: topic, key vocabulary, plot, major
events, problem/solution, author’s message, setting, characters, connections.
Decode and encode using letter-sound knowledge of all consonants and vowels. This includes multi-syllable
words. Be able to read continually and independently for a minimum of 30 minutes and recall facts and details from
the text. Write a focused narrative, persuasive, or informational
product that is logically organized. Write in paragraphs with descriptive detail and
elaboration using varied sentences. Edit for meaning, capitalization, punctuation, grammar,
and spelling. Expand vocabulary to generate synonyms for commonly
overused words.
