Our Product – A SolutionAffordable Permanent HousingThe technology of using EPS in Construction has been in existence for over 50 years in the affluent developed world. We seek to tremendously bring down costs by controlling manufacturing and production and working on : “high volume – low margin”

What is this technology ? This technology uses EPS with steel embedded wire mesh to directly replace brick hence conserving the environment of soil and flora depletion. Cement and plaster are used similar to other constructions making the finished product no different in looks than a well constructed brick wall.

Why use EPS Panel Technology?• Fast Turn Around Time (less labour

required)• Versatile design with Precision • Earthquake resistant upto 8.5 on the

Richter Scale• Energy Cost Savings of 30% due to

insulation• Hurricane Resistant upto 225Mph• Termite resistant• Water Proofing at its best• Fire Resistant• Excellent Acoustics• High Load Bearing Capabilities• Leed Certification• Being a direct replacement for brick it

directly saves the environment from degradation

• If demolished can be completely recycled

Case study from Sri LankaGALLE SOUTHERN HOSPITAL, NEW WINGA remarkable project to prove the technology effective.Area : 36,000 sqftSpecifications : Ground +3, 50 bed hospital, with the facilities of Patients Room, Doctor Consultation Rooms, Operation Theatre, Laboratory, Staff Rooms, Pharmaceuticals and other amenities of a hospital. Date of Project Commencement : May 2007, monsoon Observation :The ground condition was marshy with a high level of water. Construction Path : 4 months dedicated to land filling activities & foundation4 months construction using EPS Panels & CementTotal Time Taken : 8 months Estimated Time for Conventional Method : 30 monthsSucces Statement¼ of the construction time saved Lower cost due to quick completion Inflation not effecting raw material Due to light weight less foundation Sound proof Thermal insulation proves to be a success at a location like Galle, Southern Sri Lanka. This reduces the cost for Air-Conditioning Long term low maintenance Costs

What is this technology ?

This technology uses aluminum sheets on either side of an EPS Panel held together by a prefabricated heavy iron frame. These houses can be dismantled and transported to another site. For inner wall aesthetics, wall paper and plastic meshing give an elegant look.

Fast Response Relief Housing

Recent times have shown an increase in the frequency of natural disasters. To cope with the event, we have an innovative design for immediate implementation. These houses can be easily transported to the affected site and installed within an hour by unskilled labor.

These houses are made using either Recycled Plastic or Rock wool with Aluminum Surfacing depending on the geographic location of the natural disaster.
