Our company’s experience in working on the most notable luxury resort developments in Greece has been a long-standing asset. LDK has worked with most of the notable Hotel Op-erator chains and has cumulative knowledge of their specifications, including expertise in im-plementing these standardized specifications to he conditions of the project. We are familiar with their work methods and the compromis-es and negotiations that occur between Hotel Operators and Owners regarding quality and cost issues. AMANZO’E

Phase A 38 autonomous villas with private pool / A central building with common use facilities (Restaurant, Offices, Library, Bar, Multiple use hall, Stores, Central Kitchen, Underground parking area), SPA / 1 exterior pool with restaurant and bar. The complex along with the surrounding area covers an area of 100,000 m². Phase B 30 luxurious villas (from 450 m² to 6.000 m²) / Beach club, locker building, build-ing with Kitchen, private dining rooms with an outdoor pool, and a central outdoor pool / Reception building with offices and Elec-trical and Mechanical facilities with power substation. The complex along with the sur-rounding area covers an area of 250,000 m².

COSTA NAVARINO

Integrated Tourist Development Zone of Messinia (POTA Messinia), of an area of 1,300,000 m² in the area of Romanos, Messinia, Greece. The resort complex consists of The Ro-manos deluxe hotel (Starwood Lux-ury Collection) (289 rooms and 32 suites) and The Westin (Starwood Westin) (445 rooms & suites), a Conference Centre with a capaci-ty of 1,200 people, and a Thalasso-therapy Centre of 4,450 m², along with a Golf Club of 3,000 m², an 18-hole golf course and a Golf Acade-my, and all infrastructure facilities.

ATHENS HILTON

Renovation and extension of the 5 star Deluxe Athens Hilton. The hotel comprises 527 rooms and suites, 4 restaurants and bars, 14 conference halls and a Health Club of 1,500 m². The entire design team (architects, structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers) were located on site for the duration of the design and construction phases, sharing of-fice space with the construction team allowing prompt response to arising problems and close coordination.

GRANDE BRETAGNE STARWOOD

Renovation of the Grande Bretagne 5-star deluxe ho-tel of Starwood Luxury Collection in Athens. The hotel comprises 321 rooms, 59 suites, roof garden, 3 restau-rants and bars, mixed use halls and a SPA of 800 m².

ASTIR PALACE

Astir Palace Resort Vouliagmeni is a 5 Star Hotel Complex, operated and managed by Starwood. It is located in Vouliagmeni, Attica, Greece. The Project involved the full refurbishment of all the MEP installations Arion Resort and SPA, of the Starwoord’s Luxury Collection (123 rooms) and the Westin Athens (formerly Nafsika) Hotel of Starwood’s Westin Hotels & Resorts (165 rooms) along with a Conference Centre and Halls.

HYATT REGENCY

HYATT Regency Thessaloniki 5 star Hotel is the first of HYATT Group in Greece. The hotel complex con-sists of 118 rooms, 34 suites and a Conference Centre with a capacity of 1,050 people. The hotels consists of a SPA and indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

GRAND RESORT LAGONISSI

Phase A Renovation and extension of the 5-star deluxe hotel complex Grand Resort Lagonissi in Attica, Greece. The complex spreads over an area of 24 hectars.Phase B Conference Centre with a capacity of 3,500 people, new health spa building of 4,500 m² and renovation of the main hotel building.

GRECOTEL AMIRANDES

Renovation and extension of the 5-star deluxe hotel complex Grecotel Amirandes, in Gouves, Iraklio, Crete, Greece. The complex consists of 236 rooms and bungalows with a total ca-pacity of 638 beds, an Elixir SPA of 520 m², a Conference Centre of 710 m² of 400 people capacity, 18 villas with private swimming pools, a presidential and a royal suite, and 4 restaurants.

REGENCY CASINO MONT PARNES

Phase A Two funicular rail stations and an underground park-ing area with a capacity of 1,000 vehicles.Phase B 5-star deluxe hotel of 170 beds on Mount Parnitha, At-tica, Greece, along with a SPA of 1,000 m², a Casino and Casino VIP halls of 6,000 m², an Exhibition hall and Conference halls.

ELOUNDA BEACH & ELOUNDA BAY

Partial renovations and extensions of the 5-star deluxe hotel complex-es Elounda Beach and Elounda Bay Palace in Aghios Nikolaos, Crete, Greece. The two complexes cover an area of 200,000 m² and host 258 rooms, 19 bungalows suites, 105 bungalows, 6 guest houses and 9 su-per-modern Conference Centres with a total capacity of 1,520 people.

Radisson Blu Park Hotel, 5-star hotel, comprises 135 rooms and suites, roof garden pool, confer-ence halls and underground park-ing area. The hotel undergone a full refurbishment of the rooms and the public spaces in two phases.

SITIA BAY RESORT

5-star Hotel Complex, of 357 beds capacity, in the Municipality of Sitia, in the island of Crete. The Resort consists of a SPA of 100 people capacity, a Conference Centre (200 people capaci-ty), a central lodge with the reception and communal ameni-ties, 31 2-floor bungalows, 2 outdoors and 1 indoors swimming pools. The Resort with its surrounding area are 107,000 m².

HALCYON HILLS

Luxury 5-star eco-friendly SPA Resort “Halcyon Hills” close to Klima beach in the island of Samos, Greece, of 693 beds capacity with facilities that include tennis courts, dive centre, gym and a 930 m² SPA. The plot has an area of around 9 hectares and the scope of work is a development of nearly 17,000 m² built area (depending on the exact size of the plot) and the surrounding area of gardens, streets, including infrastructure networks.

Renovation and extension of Aldemar Olympian Village 5-star Re-sort complex in Skafidia, Western Peloponnese, Greece.Phase A Resort complex of main hotel and bungalows with 431 rooms and 82 suites, along with 49 apartments in bungalow complex.Phase B Extension of the resort complex – Conference Centre with a capacity of 1,200 people, 5-star Hotel of 200 beds capacity and Thalassotherapy Centre & SPA of 4,000 m².

CANDIA PARK VILLAGE

5 star, 800 beds capacity Candia Park Vil-lage is modelled on a traditional Cretan Village with 222 two-storey homes with a balcony or veranda. Arranged in neigh-bourhoods within the gardens with nar-row streets, its layout is characterized by simplicity and functionality. The square with the clock and the Greek Kafenion add to the charm of this picturesque village.

MIRAMARE PARK SUITES & VILLAS

Renovation and extension of Miramare Park Suites & Villas, 5 star, 360 beds capacity. The reception area is regarded as the starting and finishing point of all activities, resembling a train station. The “Wonderland Express”, a faithful repli-ca of a British Midland steam engine from the beginning of last century, crosses the complex from one side to the oth-er on an actual 2-km railway line. A 1,600 m² lake covered with wooden platforms creates an imposing atmosphere. The bungalows cover an area of 60 m² each with hall, kitch-en and dining room near and the main bedroom.
