Welcome to HotelGist!
HotelGist is a Hotel Back Office ERP suite an ideal software solution for Hospitality Industry that can be used at hotels motels, inns, resorts, lodges, hostel, military guest houses, ranch, suites, apartments, medical centers and bed, breakfast operations. Our product Hotelier HotelGist is a comprehensive software suite consisting of integrated modules for various aspects of hotel management.
HotelGist has covered solution of hotel management, Hotel Point of Sales (Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, House Keeping or any other outlet), Inventory Management System and Hotel accounting software. In our lodging software all modules are tightly integrated and all hotel programs are included in one price, meaning all modules are included at no additional cost regardless of your hotel size.

HotelGist Admin users can able to manage complete operations of Hotel front & back end operations.

SET BUSINESS DETAILS
Admin can able to change business details of hotel here when u click set business details.

BOOKING MASTER
First check room availability from the booking panel below. As check in below room no 7 status is available.

Just click check in tab to book the room.
After selected room no provide further booking details like check in, checkout etc.

ROOM BOOKING PANEL
If you click ‘blue’ plus button, you can book the selected item and ‘red’ plus button for cancel the booking.

Now, I am selecting room no.14 and making book (click ‘blue’ plus (+) button) as below screenshot.
After selected room for booking, we get below screen to capture complete details of customer.

After booked complete details, we will get the print of receipt.
You can take print out the booking details.

Now you can check the status of room booking now. It shows now check in/ checkout.
RUNNING MASTER
Running Master is a single window to managing room types, room details, booking details, check in/ checkout etc.

ROOM SUMMARY
When you click summary tab, you’ll see complete details of room summary like completed/ upcoming/ current booking details, customer’s contacts and check in/ checkout timing and etc.

ADD ON / SHIFT ROOM
You can also add on services such as add food, add taxi service, laundry and shift room etc.
