Hotel sáv, a lifestyle hotel located in Hung Hom Hong Kong, and Hahahaflorist, a popular floral art brand, are proud to present their "Floral with Colors” afternoon tea set. Come spend an afternoon enjoying teatime in a colorful garden, buoyed by sounds of birds and scents of flowers. “Floral with Colors” afternoon tea set features six themed sweets and five savories with a motif of flowers. To complement with the theme, the tea set has included exquisite floral elements such as roses, jasmine, lavender and osmanthus which are commonly used by Hahahaflorist, along with bright and fanciful garden decorations. Desserts: - Plum Puff Pastry Roll: This dessert is crafted into a beautiful rose shape, and

made with fresh plums and almond filling. Its crispy crust requires most effort and each pastry requires two days to prepare.

- Chocolate Cupcake: The spongy cake's rich chocolate flavor in a cactus shape makes it especially popular with the ladies.

- Champagne Rose Petal Jelly: The jelly's transparent drop shape, combined with the intoxicating fragrance of its flower petals, makes this delicacy a highlight of the tea set.

- Jasmine Serradura Pudding: Sweet but not overpowering, this pudding features aromatic homemade cream with a subtle jasmine fragrance.

- Osmanthus Macaron: These sweet little macarons are decorated with osmanthus petals, and leave a pleasing aftertaste for you to savor.

- Scones: Accompanied by lavender sauce, raspberry jam, and homemade cream, these pastries are flavorful and refreshing.

Savories: - Parma Ham with Melon: The refreshing mixture of melon and Parma ham surely

is one of the most popular savories in the tea set. - Lentil Bean with Seafood: Scallop, salmon, fresh shrimp and crab here join

together with lentils to create a tiny little garden of seafood atop a bed of pebbles. Topped with fresh shrimp-head sauce, this dish boasts a rich aftertaste.

- Roasted Chicken Wing: The secret seasoning gives these roasted wings a truly mouth-watering flavor.

- Cherry Tomato Mozzarella with Caviar: Fresh tomatoes combine with rich, fragrant cheese in the delightfully surprising shape of a ladybug.

“Floral with Colors” afternoon tea set will be available from 28 November 2015 to 31 January 2016 from 3pm to 5:30pm daily, at the price of HK$358 for two, served with selected floral tea, coffee or tea.
