ArrivalsTransportation from San Antonio International Airport (SAT) will be provided to each ofour designated customer hotels beginning Monday, July 24 through Friday, July 28 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

If you arrive outside of the posted dates and times, you are responsible for making your own ground transportation arrangements from the airport.

DeparturesTransportation from the designated customer hotels to San Antonio International Airport (SAT) will be provided Saturday, July 29 and Sunday, July 30 between 3 a.m. and 6 p.m. If you leave outside of the posted dates and times, you are responsible for making your own ground transportation arrangements. We are not offering shuttles from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Customers will need to board airport shuttles from their chosen hotel.
