• To retrieve your voicemail from your own phone, press the voicemail button, then press the "Connect

• To retrieve your voicemail from a different phone, dial 775, then

CHANGING YOUR VOICEMAIL PASSWORD (Access code)You can set an access code for your mailbox. This access code will be requested whenever you access the mailbox to collect messages

When you are changing your access code:Do not set an obvious code, for example:

• Do not match your extension number.

• Do not use a sequence of digits, for example 123456.

• Do not use the same repeated digit, forexample 111111.

To change your code:

• Press the voicemail button , then press the"Connect" softkey.

• Enter your access code followed by # key.Your Default Password is 112233.

• Press 3 to change your access code.

• Enter your new access code followed by #.

• Re-enter your new access code followed by #.The access code will now be changed.

• The system will prompt you if the codes do not match or

code if successful.

TO RECORD YOUR NAME 1) Login to your mail box.2) Press 2 to access your personal options.3) Press 1 To select your name. 4) Press 2 to record your name.5) Record your name then press #.

TO RECORD OR CHANGE YOUR GREETING1) Login to your mail box.2) Press 2 to access your personal options.3) Press 2 to select your greeting.4)Press 1 to listen to your current greeting. Press 2 to record a new greeting.5) When prompted record your greeting and press # when you are done.

MANAGING YOUR VOICEMAIL MESSAGES1) Login to your mail box.2) Your first new message will begin to play, if there are no other messages in your mail box. If there are old messages, press 1 to manage your new messages and press 2 for your old.3) After you listen to your messages you can press the following:

1) To replay the message

2) Listen to the next message.

3) Delete the message

4) More options:

Press 1 to obtain more information.

Press 2 to forward the message to another

extension.

MAKING A CALL

ANSWERING INCOMING CALLS

• Pick up the handset or press the Speaker X buttontousethe speakerphone.

• For Internal Calls - Dial the internal extension number.• For External Calls - Dial 9 followed by the external

number.• After you enter the number, you can press the "send"

softkey to bypass the timeout and engage the call.• You can also dial out from your Contact Directory, Recent

Calls and Favourites by pressing the "Directory" softkeyafter going off hook.

• An incoming call will ring on the intercom, pick up the handset or press the Speaker button to answer the call.

• Using the code *5* will pickup any ringing extension on the system.

SPEAKERPHONE• To use the speakerphone, press X. Make or answer thecall.Toadjustthevolume,pressthevolumebutton.Toendthe call, press speaker X again.

• To change from speakerphone to handset, pick up thehandsetandcontinuetalking.

• To change from handset to speakerphone, press X andhang up the handset.

1)Toestablishaconferencecall,dialthefirstpartyandwaitforan answer.2) Press CONFERENCE. The current call is placed on hold and you will hear a dial tone.3) Dial the number of the next party and wait for an answer.4) To add the new party to the call, press CONFERENCE again.5)RepeatSteps2to4toaddfurtherparticipants.

DO NOT DISTURB • ToactivateDo Not Disturb press the Menubutton.

Select Features. Highlight Do Not Disturb and then click on select.

OR you can press the DND soft key to turn the feature on and off.

TRANSFERRING A CALL STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL While on the current call, Press *#5*xxx (xxxistheextensionnumber) *Note this is done on while the caller is on the line, do not press Hold or Park before the code above.

REDIAL• To redial the last number dialed, press either the Redial

button, OR press the right arrow on the wheel on your phone which will show you a list of all the placed calls made from your phone.

• Depending on the model of your phone, you may not have a Redial button.

CALL FORWARDING• Tocallforwardyourcallstoanotherphoneintheoffice,ortoanexternalnumber,presstheforwardbutton.Then,selectyouroption:

1 - Always2 - NoAnswer3 - Busy

Press Select, and enter the internal extension or the PSTN number, and then press “Enable”.

Note: To forward to a cell number, add a + sign before the cell phone number.

• ToturnoffCallForwarding,presstheForwardbutton.Highlighttheoptionyouenabled.PressSelect, then Disable.
