Korean cuisine is largely based on rice, vegetables, and meats. Our

traditional Korean meal comes with a number of side dishes (반찬;

banchan) and steam-cooked short-grain rice. Kimchi, a spicy pickled

cabbage will be among them. Commonly used ingredients include sesame

oil, doenjang (fermented bean paste), soy sauce, salt, garlic, ginger,

pepper flakes, gochujang (fermented red chili paste) and cabbage.

The meal will include dishes such as bulgogi, japchae, rice, kimchi,

pickled radish, and pot stickers.

you are coming in from the North or the South). Turn left (north) on State Street. You will pass the hotel
