$5299 + 13% HST = $5987.87 (CAD)
HST Reg. #: R108161829. A 5% discount will apply for two or more registrations from the same organization. Please send a separate form for each applicant in a single email.
Payment is due with application submission. All fees include tuition, educational material, as well as food and books during the three-day workshop.

Withdrawal Policy: A refund less a 10% administration fee will be charged for withdrawals received 7 days or more in advance of the first course start date. No refund is available for withdrawals received less than 7 days before the first course start date.
