QUESTIONS GROUP This group meets the 2

nd and 4

th Monday each month

at 6:30 pm.

Do you wonder about aspects of the Christian faith? Maybe you are curious about other faith communities and practices. The Questions Group meets in the upstairs Conference Room twice a month. The second Monday of the month is devoted to general discussions, questions, and topics. On the fourth Monday, we will be taking a more in-depth look at subjects related to the current Sunday message series. Everyone is welcome!

HOSANNA! TICKET AUCTION, SUNDAY, APRIL 8, 2018 We are currently looking for donations of items that can be put up for auction. Be creative, and to give you a jump start on your creativity, here are a few suggestions:

SPAGHETTI DINNER & TICKET AUCTION Sunday, April 8, 2018 – 12:30 to 1:30 PM Come and bring a friend! Cost is $6.00 per person (children under 5 years eat free). Baked goods will be for sale in the foyer. Proceeds from the spaghetti dinner and baked goods will go towards Kidventure Children’s Ministries.

TICKETS for the auction are $1.00 each or $5.00 for six tickets (name and phone number MUST be written on each ticket). Tickets will be sold starting February 18, however, no tickets will be sold Easter Sunday, April 1. Proceeds from the ticket auction will go towards Senior High Youth Missions (they will be volunteering at a disaster relief area).

CHANGE FOR CHANGE JANUARY through MARCH FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN Have some spare change in your purse or pocket? You can make a difference! Donations in January, February, and March will be used to support Feed My Starving Children. For more information about this organization, see notice below.

FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN, a Christian nonprofit, has tackled world hunger since 1987 by sending volunteer-packed, nutritious meals to 70 countries. These meals are specifically designed to assist in preventing and reversing malnutrition and are used in schools, orphanages, clinics, and feeding programs. Hosanna! is participating for the second year. You can sign up today at the Welcome Center to help pack boxes of food. Sign up will close when 10 spots are filled. Participation is for people five years and older; children must be accompanied by an adult. Times to pack are 6:30 to 8:30 pm on Friday, April 6, 2018, at Willow Street Mennonite Church.

JUBILEE JOURNAL

Journaling is a way to collect stories about the way God is at work in our lives and community during this jubilee year

Please write legibly or print them out so at the end of the year, we will be able to edit the entries.

Please be sure to include your name and the date.

Feel free to take a sheet out and take it home to write your entry, then return the sheet.

Your entry can include insights, questions, prayer experiences, dreams—anything through which God reveals himself as our jubilee.

The jubilee journal is located on a table in the foyer.
