Exclusions

Among others excluded in this benefit are:

Any medical or physical conditions arising within the first 30 days of

insured coverage

Specified illnesses during the first 120 days

Pre-existing condition

Hospitalization primarily for investigation purpose or general physical and

medical examination.

Elective procedures

Treatment relating to pregnancy

Tests or treatment related to infertility, contraception, etc

Treatment for mental illness and psychiatric disorders.

Cosmetic or plastic surgery, dental care and treatment.

Treatment of sleeping disorder

AIDS

Participation in criminal act

Participation in any dangerous sports

Participation in any form of aviation

Benefit limitation

Overseas Residence No benefit shall be payable for treatment received outside Malaysia, Singapore &

Brunei, if insured resides or travels for more than 90 consecutive days.

Annual Limit Daily benefits shall be limited to 150 days in a policy year collectively irrespective

of types of disability

Lifetime Limit Daily benefits payable during the entire period of insurance shall be limited to 730

days collectively irrespective of types of disability.

Benefit Limit In the event of Hospitalization, only ONE daily benefits (either Normal Room &

Board or Intensive Care Unit) shall be payable for each day of hospitalization.
