• Scholarships available to those in need!• NO player will be turned away for financial reasons.• PLEASE, fill out a confidential scholarship application online and we will get

you signed up.

• Fundraising Expectations• Sell at least 10 CharityMania cards at $20 each • Purchase buyout: we can offer you the tickets in exchange for the buyout….• Incentives, awards, and drawings for high achievers.

• Players earn their eligibility for gameday by three (3) actions:

1. Conduct themselves in a positive, professional, and hard working manner.

2. Maintain academic success.

• Parents, please reach out if your student is struggling and we can get him/her help. If they need time off to study, let us know. If they need some outside persuasion, we can assist.

• WE ARE HERE TO HELP!

3. Complete fundraising goal prior to their first game.

• Club enforcer, Jodi, will contact those who have not completed their fundraising and are at risk of not being eligible to play.

Hortonville Football Club, Inc. CAPTAINS

• 6TH GRADE: • Coaches will choose captains week by week to represent the team for the coin toss

and during the game.

• 7th and 8th GRADE:• Coaches will elect pre-season each week prior to our first game. • Players will elect captains for the season on August 19, 2021.

• Captains are expected to:

• Lead and motivate the team in practice, at games, and in public and private.

• Promote a: “maximum controllable speed” in practice and games.
