HORSESHOE ROOMS
Generous and accommodating, Horseshoe Room offers two queen size beds or one king
size bed with a pull out sofa and small sitting area. Each room features a bath with glass
stand-up shower and hand-held rain slide bar. Horseshoe Rooms can comfortably sleep
up to four people.
DELUXE ROOMS
Our charming Deluxe Room offers a sunken sitting area with cozy electric fireplaces and
well-appointed bathrooms. Enjoy two queen size beds or one king size bed with a pullout
sofa. Deluxe rooms sleep up to six people.
LOFT SUITES
These two-level suites overlooking the spectacular Valley Golf Course feature a main
floor with a sunken sitting area with fireplace, a two-piece bathroom and a pull out sofa
bed. The spiral staircase leads to a sky-lit bedroom featuring king size bed and full
bathroom with oversized whirlpool tub. Loft suites accommodate up to four people.
SLOPESIDE CONDOS
Newly renovated Premiere Slopeside Condos features two bathrooms, an enclosed
balcony, a fully equipped, modern kitchen and laundry. A pull out sofa sleeper with
views of the ski hills complements a relaxing living area. All units offer two bedrooms and
can comfortably sleep six.
COPELAND HOUSE CONDOSThe ideal home-away-from home for everyone who wants the feel of a residence, in a hotel suite. One bedroom, one bedroom plus a den and two bedroom units available. All condos include a comfortable living room, full kitchen with seating area and a balcony or walkout with views of the valley or ski hill.

ALPINE ROOM Our largest indoor venue, seating up to 140 in a classroom style or 220 for a banquet.
Featuring 14 foot ceilings, this 4,050 square foot room offers spectacular ski hill views.
FAIRWAY ROOM
This freshly renovated 1,920 square footvenue accommodates 40 to 160 guests in a
variety of layouts.
LEACOCK & ELLSMERE BOARDROOMS Dedicated 400 square foot boardrooms seat up to 16 people and feature built-in AV.
COPELAND ROOM Get down to business in 495 square feet of space with 10 foot ceilings and built-in AV
ideal for 20-30 individuals.
KEEWATIN ROOM Accommodating up to 36 people for a boardroom meeting or 76 for a reception, this
890 square foot room offers a spacious yet intimate setting.
SIMCOE ROOM The 675 square foot Simcoe Room accommodates up to 28 people for a boardroom
meeting or up to 50 theatre style.
VALLEY VIEW TENTThis outdoor setting adjacent to The Inn Steakhouse offers beautiful views of the historic
Valley during the summer months. The tent accommodates 200 people for a banquet or
reception.
THE CHAPELThe Ellesmere Chapel is a rustic chapel used for ceremonies and prayer. The space holds
up to 65 people and features 14 foot ceilings.

HUMMER TOURS
Experience the excitement and thrills that only the Hummer can deliver. The world's most
capable off-road vehicle crawls, winds, climbs and powers its way through the rugged
terrain of Horseshoe Valley. Whatever the weather, whatever the season, this is the most fun
you can have on four wheels.
YAMAHA ADVENTURES
ATV and Riding Adventures by Yamaha have the perfect adventure for any season for your
corporate retreat at Horseshoe Resort. With seemingly endless kilometers of wooded trails
through rugged Horseshoe Valley forest, riders will encounter a wide range of terrain on these
guided tours.
TREETOP TREKKING
Treetop Trekking at Horseshoe Resort is Ontario's original aerial game and zip line park. Spend
a day climbing and zipping from tree to tree! In addition to treetop aerial courses, Treetop
Trekking also has Treehuggin’, a giant 900 ft zip line, Night Treks, and teambuilding programs.
During your day in the trees, you will be accompanied by a team of friendly and
experienced guides that will ensure you have fun in a safe environment.

SEGWAY TOURS
Experience Horseshoe Valley like never before as you glide along serene forest trails on a
Segway x2. Start with a 10-15 minute lesson on how to use a Segway followed by a trek
through the trails! The Segway X2 has been specifically designed for off-road travel and is
perfect for your group experience.
ADVENTURE BUGGIES
Traverse beautiful forest trails in the comfortable seats of our Adventure Buggies! Our
instructors will show you all the controls before practicing in our training area. Once you are
comfortable, it is off to Stage Two.
You follow the instructor around the resort and up the ski hill to our Farm Trail Loop. Stage
Three is out into the fantastic trail network of Simcoe County forests where you test the great
handling and suspension.

The rink is located beside the Red Horse Maze with benches rink side, warming huts and

TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES
Food and beverage and function services are subject to a taxable 15% service charge. The
regular 13% HST also applies to all transactions.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE
All food and beverage service for your group must be provided by Horseshoe Resort. To
maintain the high food quality standards the resort has set, Horseshoe reserves the right to
make changes and/or substitutions and cost adjustments based on availability of product
and current market value. In accordance with health and safety regulations, food and
beverage products may not be removed after a function. Wedding cakes are the only
exception to this rule.
SPECIAL MEAL REQUESTS AND FOOD ALLERGIES
Please inform us of guests that have any food allergies and medical dietary restrictions so
that the necessary precautions can be taken when preparing their meal. Please be aware
that food in our kitchens may contain or have been in contact with peanuts, nuts, seafood
or other possible allergens so we cannot guarantee a 100% allergy free environment.
FUNCTION GUARANTEES
Seventy-two (72) hours prior to the function a final guarantee of the number of attendees is
due to your group coordinator/manager. This guarantee will be the minimum of covers
charged. If this guarantee is not given to your coordinator, the estimated number of
attendees given will be used for billing. If your guarantee is over by more than 5% the day of
the event, then we will do our best to accommodate the extra and will bill accordingly.
PACKAGE HANDLING & RECEIVING
All packages can be sent to our Shipping and Receiving Department which is open Monday
to Friday from 8am to 3pm. Please give notice to your coordinator if anything is being
shipped. Storage of packages is subject to space availability. Please label each package
with the name of the group coordinator, date of event and number of boxes.
POSTING AND DECORATIONS
All signage displayed in public areas must be professional and tasteful. Nothing is to be
attached, in any manner, to the walls of the banquet rooms or in the hallways. All open
flame candles must be enclosed in a glass container which exceeds the height of the flame.
SOCAN
All musical entertainment is subject to a SOCAN fee (Society of Composers, Authors and
Music Publishers of Canada), we have a flat rate of $100.00 plus applicable taxes.
