1. Advanced automation – All necessary settings can be performed automatically through touch screen display. Even the fold roller gap adjustment is automated.

2. Non stop production – A reject function allows non-stop operation. The built-in reject tray is placed at end of the system to reject the incorrect booklets.

3. Color Touch Screen – 10.4 inch large color touch screen is equipped. Icon-based operation panel ensures easy operation and quick trouble shooting.

4. High speed production – Maximum production speed is 4,500 books per hour with A5 booklet.

Hand feed job can be inserted from this hand marrying station. The hand marrying can start collating also.

All necessary setting can be input through the large touch screen. Icon based interactive operation requires non-skilled operator.

The reject tray receives incorrect booklets before or after stitched. This will allow a non-stop operation and error free production.

Reliable Hohnor stitcher heads are equipped for quality book production. Wire detector alerts before wire becomes empty.
