Honourable Sensei,

The 11th Nordik Wado Kai Karate Tournament will be held on Saturday March 28, 2020 at the École secondaire catholique de Hearst gymnasium in Hearst Ontario.

In order to encourage all students to participate, please note that an effort will be made to have special divisions for our Para athletes as well as our older adults (40+ or perhaps 60+). Of course, the age groups will depend on the registrations. Please ensure that all entries are sent before Thursday March 26. No entries will be accepted at the door.

There will be a special class Friday evening between 7:00 – 8:30 pm for those interested. The cost for this class is $5 withproceeds going to Shintani team Member Arielle Morissette.

There will be a post tournament dinner and social gathering. I would ask that you confirm your intent to join us, with a list of participants, before March 20. Places are limited.

A black belt grading will be held on Sunday March 29. Please send your application forms to Sensei Denis Labbé as soon as possible along with the grading fee.
