°  The following photos were taken during a recent flying visit to Hong Kong to check out some innovative retail concepts.

°  These chocolate shops were located in up market shopping centres and looked appropriate surrounded by designer apparel boutiques

°  We were struck by the

°  Overall impact of the window displays – even from a distance °  General sophistication of the product merchandising °  Use of visual space to focus attention on hero products °  Specific use of red as a highlight colour °  Subtle inclusion of a coffee offer.
