Project Status/Schedule Update

Manor Intermediate

• Rooms 303 and 305 have been

completed and turned over to the

District.

• Construction in the Music Room has

begun.

Transportation Building

• Concrete for the Mezzanine has

been poured.

• Overhead plumbing, ductwork and

electrical conduit are ongoing.

• Masonry block work is ongoing.

Senior High School

• The Display Cases have been installed in the

Lobby.

• Wall tile and floor tile have been installed in

the Kitchen and Cafeteria.

• Ceiling grid is installed throughout the

Cafeteria and Kitchen and ceiling tile is being

dropped.

• The Cougar Mural has been installed in the

stairwell adjacent to the Cafeteria.

• Demolition has begun in the Robotics Lab.

• Demo of B&G has begun.

Project Status/Schedule Update

Lima Intermediate

• The Main Office has undergone

demolition, framing has begun and

MEP rough-ins are ongoing.

• Rooms 107, 108, 109 and 110 have

been abated and new flooring is going

in.

Middle School

• The building has been switched over to the

new Day Automation platform.

What to expect in the upcoming Month

Manor Intermediate

• Heavy demo will continue in the

Music Room.

Senior High School

• The Cafeteria will be turned over to the

District.

• Construction will continue in the Kitchen

Area.

• The Faculty Lounge will be completed

and turned over to the District.

• Construction in the Robotics Lab will

continue.

• Parking lot work and concrete sidewalks

will continue.

Lima Elementary

• Construction in the Main Office will

continue.

Transportation Building

• Masonry work, drywall, floor leveling

and MEP rough-ins will all continue.
