RECIPROCAL PLAYING PRIVILEGES Gold-level Members (Palm Aire / Woodlands) have reciprocalaccess to any Gold and Platinum Club with their applicable cartfee or pre-paid cart plan. There is no reciprocal fee and issubject to availability. Gold-level Members also have access toany Prestige-level Club paying the applicable reciprocal fee andis subject to availability.

Platinum-level Members (Heron Bay) and Prestige-levelMembers (Eagle Trace) have reciprocal access to any Gold,Platinum and Prestige-level Club with their applicable cart fee orpre-paid cart plan. There is no reciprocal fee and subject toavailability.

TEE TIME RESERVATIONSMembers have 14-day advance booking privileges (exceptionsmay be arranged for special circumstances through Home Club).Tee times at all courses may be arranged through LinkLine(ClubLink’s centralized tee time reservation system) to amaximum of two tee times per Member phone call. Whenbooking tee times, Members are required to provide the nameof each person in their group in order to eliminate doublebookings.

Members may also reserve, revise and cancel tee times onlinevia the Members-only section on www.clublink.com.

GOLF GUESTSMembers may bring guests to join them for golf, subject toavailability and applicable Member guest rates. Guests must beaccompanied by a ClubLink Member at all times unless priorarrangements are made with the golf shop.

TEE TIME CANCELLATIONSNon-weather related tee time cancellations are required no lessthan 24 hours prior to play. To cancel a player or an entire teetime, Members are required to contact LinkLine 800-273-5113directly or online via the Members-only link atwww.clublink.com. Members who do not cancel their scheduledtee time before 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellationfee.

IDENTIFICATION / GOLF CHECK-INMembers must check in at the golf shop prior to using the golfamenities at any ClubLink Club, and must carry their membershipcard with them at all times. Members must present theirmembership card when making any purchases on their ClubLinkaccount.

ALCOHOL POLICYMembers and guests are strictly prohibited from bringingtheir own alcohol onto a ClubLink property in accordance withall applicable liquor licensing regulations.

Three courses (Woodlands West in 2011, Palm Aire Cypress in 2012 and PalmAire Palms in 2013) have brand new greens while all courses have seen significant enhancements to their respective greens, tees, bunkers andfairways. As a result, our Members currently enjoy access to some of the finest conditioned golf courses in Southeast Florida. In 2016, newChampion Bermuda grass was installed on all greens at Heron Bay.

Each Clubis designated as either Silver, Gold, Platinum or Prestige, with the latter being the highest club level designation. Enjoy access without payinga reciprocal fee at any Club below or one level above your Home Club designation.
