The reports in SUGAR4 are under three categories: Company, Farm and Field.

• Field reports include all expense, production and income records directly applied to the field.

• Farm reports consider all that is included in the field reports plus indirect cost in the farming operations.

• Company reports include all expenses and income that may have anything to do with running the company.

Some reports may include filters which you can set like Culture, Variety, Start Date and End Date.

Reports in this presentation are grouped into:

LABOR EXPENSES AND ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS



Labor Reports

Company / Payroll Summary

Labor expenses are segregated by crop year. The work is included into the crop year of which the target field is to be harvested.

This is a summary of farm labor expenses.

Individual field details can be found in the Field, Summary of Labor Cost.

This is detailed information of labor expenses for field M1.

This report may be produced as supporting document of the Field Expense Summary in payroll.



MATERIAL PROCUREMENT, INVENTORY AND USAGE


Warehouse Reports

Field / Fertilizer Application

Shows age of crop when a certain fertilizer was applied.

SUGAR4 sums up the number of bags per hectare at each application and also totals for the crop year.

Field / Chemical Application

In the same manner as reported for fertilizers, SUGAR4 report shows what age (in months or weeks) the crop was when a certain chemical was applied.

The unit of measure commonly used in reports is per hectare.

Farms / Inventory Withdrawal

The warehouse Withdrawal report details the use of a material on a daily basis; basis to determine fast and slow moving items to help in decisions regarding inventory control.

the sample report shows withdrawals for Diesel Fuel and for what purpose (Fertilization, Harvesting & Milling and Repairs & Maintenance).

The purpose is recorded in the Issuance slip.

Looking again at the Summary of Farm Operations, it shows material expenses for each field.

Fields / Standing Cane Report

This report show fields not yet harvested.

The age is displayed in both months and weeks.

The suggested harvest date is estimated based on crop variety and date of planting.

This is a good resource for balancing harvest and cane planting operation.

An important aspect of production is selecting the appropriate sugarcane variety.

This report compares the gross production of each variety, grouped by culture. SUGAR4 can also show variety performance by field.

This is a supporting report of the Harvested Fields Summary. Field Productivity Ratio is field production divided by field expenses.For every peso spent on a field, productivity ratio is how many pesos you got back.

The Productivity Ratio for companies and farms includes administrative expenses.
