ĤOUSE TO GO is a company dedicated to the

distribution of prefabricated concrete modular homes.

The advantage of this system is that we offer

unmatchable prices, top quality manufacturing, and a

fast erection construction time. This product is aimed

at the low income housing market, since is one of the

only captive markets at the moment.

The versatility of walls, floor and roof form of fiber

cement, offers a lightweight system, which make this

system ideal for transportation. This system is

adaptable to a various housing models such as;

single family and multifamily housing. The system

also can be used for other uses such as schools,

shops, warehouses, hospitals, etc.

Advantages of ĤOUSE TO GO The company produces from 2 to 4 units per day.

Our homes comply with all the construction

regulation.

Our construction system is ½ faster than a house

cast in place.

Our prices are more competitive than any other

form of concrete construction.

We have an architecture firm “in house”.

We have the flexibility to order small orders as our

client will sell their units vs. regular contractor that

has to build all the houses at the same time,

increasing the loan amount.

Construction System of ĤOUSE TO GO

Ground reinforced concrete floor slab is cast in the

conventional manner, leaving a recess on the edges to receive

the wall panels.

Permanent form wall panels are installed over this recess and

there are temporarily shored . The lateral edges of the panels

when adjoined with the next panel creates a void where the

steel reinforcement is placed and the electrical conduits are

connected.

The steel reinforcement for the beam is placed on the top

opening of the wall panel and concrete is poured filling the

columns and half of the beam, obtaining thus a self supporting

frame.

Permanent form floor panels are placed over the top of the

wall and steel of the slab is installed.

Then the concrete on the slab and the top half of the beam is

poured simultaneuosly.

In the case of a hi rise building the above operations are

repeated in as many floors as required.

Depending on the architectural design, the roof can be flat,

sloped, or as shown with self supporting vaults, which also

include the solar collectors to heat water.

While the above floors are being assembled, in the lower

floors all the finishes can be started, since the building skin

and its structure have been delivered in simultaneous

operation, reducing drastically the construction time.
