1- Hair Oil Massage:--Massage scalp with appropriate hair oil reduces hair loss.- It increases blood flow to the hair follicles. enhances the strength of hair’s roots. Promote relaxation and reduce feeling of stress.- Oils that are used:- coconut - Olive oil - castor oil - amla oil- Add a few drops of rosemary essential oil to the base oil for better and faster results.- Do this at least once a week.

2- Onion Juice:-- Treat hair loss due to its high sulfur content.- Sulfur helps improve blood circulation to the hair follicles, regenerate hair follicles and reduce inflammation that cause hair loss.- Apply it directly on the scalp and leave it for about 30mins then wash it.- You can mix 3 tablespoons of onion juice with two tablespoons of aloe Vera gel or with one tablespoon of olive oil.- repeat it for two or three times a week for several weeks.

3- Aloe Vera:-- Both aloe Vera gel and juice will work.- Contains enzymes that directly promote healthy hair growth.- Also, its alkalizing properties can help bring the scalp and hair’s pH to a more desirable level, which can greatly promote hair growth.- Regular use can also relieve scalp itching, reduce scalp redness and inflammation, add strength and luster to hair, and alleviate dandruff.- Apply it onto the scalp, leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water.- Repeat the process three to four times a week.- You can also consume one tablespoon of aloe Vera juice daily on an empty stomach to enjoy better hair growth.

4- Licorice Root:-- The mollifying properties of licorice roots open the pores, soothe the scalp and help get rid of irritations like dry flakes. This remedy is good for dandruff, hair loss and baldness.

How to use:--Add one tablespoon of ground licorice root to one cup milk with a quarter teaspoon saffron. Mix it thoroughly.- Apply the paste on bald patches at bedtime and leave it on overnight.- In the morning, wash your hair.- Follow this remedy once or twice a week.

1- Eggs:-- Hair is made up of keratin protein and eggs are a great source of protein. Thus, they are highly beneficial in helping your hair grow.- Whisk two egg yolks and mix in two tablespoons of olive oil. Apply the mixture on your scalp and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse it out with cold water and then shampoo your hair as usual.

2-Lemon juice:-- Lemons are rich in vitamin C and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folic acid, and other nutrients. Plus, they are loaded with antioxidants. In addition to hair growth, lemon juice promotes smooth, shiny, dandruff-free hair. - Do not use lemon juice in excess though, as it can lighten your hair color over time.- Mix one part lemon juice and two parts of coconut or olive oil.- Apply it on your hair and scalp and leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes.- Wash it out and then shampoo your hair with a mild shampoo.- Repeat once or twice a week.

3-Beetroot Juice:-- It contains protein, carotenoids,vitamins B and C, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and silica.-To facilitate hair growth, drink beetroot juice regularly.

4-Bannana:-- Bananas are known to be the new apple as they bring with themselves potassium and vitamins A, E and C.- Mash a ripe nicely so that it has no chunks, as they will be harder to take out. Afterwards, apply it on the head and cover with a plastic bag.- Rinse shampoo after thirty to forty five minutes.

1-White vinegar:-- It is one of the best home treatments for dandruff. It  has acetic acid that prevents growth of bacteria and fungi on the scalp.- Mix one part vinegar with three parts water. Use the mixture to wash your hair and then rinse it out with water.- You can also apply vinegar directly onto your hair, wrap it with a towel and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash your hair.

Olive oil:-- Simply heat some extra virgin olive oil until it is slightly warm. Massage it onto your scalp and then wrap your hair in a towel for half an hour.- Brush your hair thoroughly to remove the dry flakes and then wash your hair.

Thyme:-- It has both antiseptic and antifungal properties that help treat dandruff.- Mix four tablespoons of dried thyme in two cups of water and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain the solution and allow it to cool down.- Massage some of the solution onto your scalp thoroughly. Let it soak in for five minutes then repeat the process a second time.- Wait at least two to three hours before washing your hair.
