Any location: If we can drive a 4x4 vehicle in, we can get a Stretch Tent to your event. Flat, rolling or steep, a Stretch Tent blends easily into a wider range of stunning landscapes and settings.

Time to party and to plan: We have a standard hire period of three days giving you time to set up, pack down and in between, enjoy your event and party til dawn; if that’s what your event requires.

There are a number of factors to consider when choosing the best tent size for your event;

• The number of guests;

• The format e.g. will people be mostly standing, seated at tables or in rows of seats?

• Furniture ideas e.g. lounge style, trestles or round tables;

• Spacerequirementse.g.Dance-floor, band or DJ, space for catering;

• Special requirements of the site e.g. prevailing wind, where the sun hits, entrances and exits.

Once you have a reasonable idea of the design of your event, we’ll work with you to scope the size of the tent that will best meet those requirements. The goal is to provide you with a tent that offers maximum space and impact.

Our systems allow us to design tent structuresthat will suit almost any site or scenario.

Our tents don’t generally have sides – we simply pull down the edges of the tent that are open to the weather to provide a more enclosed feel. We call this “sides down”. Our tents can be all sides up, four sides down or somewhere in between.

Obviously when we put sides down, space iscompromised so we offer another solution – lycra can be attached to the tent edges, allowing an enclosed feel without loosing an inch of floor area.

A FLEXIBLESTRUCTURE

1. Let’s talk about what you need and when you need it.

2. Site visit: Where possible, we’d prefer topop out to site. This helps both you and us to understand access, rigging requirements,set up and pull down dates, as well as any additional needs.

3. Quote: We’ll send you a quote and once accepted, a 25% deposit will be required to confirm your booking.

4. We’ll be there: We recognise that events take a lot of planning and we aim to be a seamless supplier. You can guarantee if we’ve confirmed your booking, we’ll have your tent at your event on the agreed date. We’ll touch base a week or so out to help ease your nerves and confirm all the details.

5. Job done: On the agreed date, our crew will arrive to rig your Stretch Tent. We’ll work with you to assess the weather, forecasts and make modifications as required. Once the event is over and the tent is cleared, we’ll pop back to take it down. Job done.

6. Peace of mind: We stand by our workmanship so we have a 24 hour callout service in case of emergency.
