1. The numbers supplied by the Secretary must be securely attached to the exhibits. Every care will be taken, but the Committee will not be responsible for mistakes.

2. One first prize only will be awarded in any class where there are no more than three entries and first and second prizes only will be awarded in any class, where there are no more than five entries.

3. No refunds of entry fees.

4. All prizes are awarded at the discretion of the Judges who may withhold prizes if they consider the exhibits are not worthy of an award.

5. The judges decision will be final as regards merit or points of qualification. Appeals may be lodged with the Secretary up to noon on the day of the show, together with a deposit of £2.50 which will be forfeited if the appeal is not upheld.

6. The School will close to the public at 4.00pm on the day of the Show.

7. ALL Exhibits must be re-collected by the Exhibitors between 4.00pm and 4.30pm, as the Committee cannot accept responsibility for their return.

8. Please send in your entry form as early as possible. Entries received after the closing date cannot be accepted.

9. No entry will be accepted unless accompanied by an entrance fee.

10. Exhibitors are advised not to enter valuable articles IF FRAGILE, as the committee cannot accept responsibility for any damage to exhibits.

11. No article may be exhibited at this show more than once.

12. Hobbies may be displayed on the understanding that no prizes will be awarded.

ALL ENTRIES CLOSE MONDAY 13 MAY 2019

Entry books for Primary and Secondary schools to be given out on Monday 25 March 2019

Entry books and fees for Primary and Secondary schools will be collected on Monday 8 April 2019

Entry numbers allocated and books returned to schools on Monday 29 April 2019

Handwriting and Art exhibits will be collected from schools on 9 May 2019

All other exhibits to be left in Kings Park schoolon Friday 31 May 2019 between 2.30pm and 5.30pm. Kings Park school

will not be open to accept any exhibits until 2.30pm on Friday 31 May 2019 and will close at 5.30pm for judging to take place.

The school will close to the public at 4.00pm on Saturday 1 June 2019No exhibit can be collected before 4.00pm on Saturday 1 June 2019

Any exhibits not collected by 5.00pm on Saturday 1 June 2019 will be disposed of.
