RequiredimmunizationsandcertificationsWhatyouneedtoknowaboutcomplianceandimmunizationrequirementsHolyokeCommunityCollegestudentswillneedtoprovidedocumentationregardingthecompletionoftheirimmunization,backgroundcheck,requiredtrainingsandrelatedcompliancerecords.HCCusesavendorcalledAmericanDataBanktohelpstudentstrack,access,andmaintaintheircompliancerecordsthroughtheiracademicprogram.AmericanDataBankhascreatedaweb-baseddatabaseallowsstudentstoaccesstheirimmunizationandcompliancerecordsfromacomputerandgivesstudentstheabilitytoupdateanddownloadtheircompliance“passport”attheirconvenience.ThissystemisknownasComplioandautomaticallynotifiesstudentswhenimmunizationorcompliancerecordsareexpiringsothatstudentscanupdatetheirrecordsasneeded.Thisguidecontainsdetailsabouthowtocompletetheimmunizationandcertificationrequirementswhichmustbecompleted.Pleasereviewthesematerialscloselyandcompletetherequireditemstoday.

2. Gatheryourimmunizationrecordsa. Compliowillprovideyouwithalistofallimmunizationrequirements,whichwillalsobeemailedtoyou

atthesametimeyouplaceyourorder.Pleasereviewthesecarefullytoensureyouhavealldocumentation.
