On behalf of Fr John Mostivsky, Parish Pastoral Council and Parishioners, we

congratulate all our graduates and wish them success in their future endeavors.

Father , we thank you for these graduating students. We pray that you will give them direction, purpose, and

perseverance as they enter the next phrase of their lives. Give them

clearness of mind to move forward into the plans and purposes that You

have for them. May these young people gain wisdom from You and

have discernment for proper behavior. Raise up Christian mentors

for these graduates so they have someone who holds them accountable

for their actions. We pray that they will rise above ungodly behaviours

and have the boldness to stand up for what is right wherever they work,

study, or socialize. Give them wisdom to spend their time and money wisely. Grant them success for their efforts at

every turn and guide their feet to follow Your ways. May they be eager to do good and not evil all the days of their lives. Use them in mighty ways.

Dr. Andrew Kochan earned an M.D. degree from The University of Manitoba in May. He will begin his residency in Internal Medicine in

Vancouver in July.

Sophia Obirek is graduating from St. Mary’s Academy. She will attend University One courses at the University of Manitoba in September.

Anna Schaible-Schur will graduate from College Churchill. as valedictorian. She intends to pursue her studies at the University of Winnipeg in a variety of bachelor of arts courses. She is a committee member in the midst of planning the Franco-Manitobain youth parliament simulation (PJFM), an ongoing youth ambassador for French for the Future . This summer Anna will be working at Camp Stephens in as a camp counsellor.
