Immediate Goals & Pressing Issues
• Make Hollywood and Hollywood Hills “Residentially More Desirable”.
• Work with the City to emphasize the importance of high property maintenance standards to increase the community’s visual appeal.
• Enact legislation recognizing Hollywood Hills as an “Older, but Charming” neighborhood.
Immediate Goals & Pressing Issues
• Keep our standards high- Tile roofs:– Increase aesthetic value & curb appeal– Better for the environment– Reduce electrical consumption– Stronger in high winds– More durable & longer lasting
• Promote lush landscaping by implementing a city-wide tree planting initiative.
• We would like to initiate these steps now, so that neighborhoods will be residentially more desirable now, and in the future.
