A minimum of three (3) weeks’ notice (on or before December 2) is required for full
refund.
Less than three (3) weeks’ notice, but more than two (2) weeks’ notice:
Full purchase price will be returned in the form of food and beverage credit.
Less than two (2) weeks’ notice:
No refunds or credits
* Exemptions may be made in the event of extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the hotel
