Parade travels down Cedar Ave, ending at Central Park for the Lighting of the Lights. The Owatonna High School Carolers will perform. Refreshments will be served by Steele County Blades in Central Park.
(Tickets for the breakfast are available at CentralPark Coffee, Kottke’s, Owatonna People’s Press and the Chamber.)
