Holiday Greeting Card P&D

NOTE: There are 3 different paper types available for the premium cards only: High Gloss, Satin & Silk. P&D is the same regardless of the paper type. NOTE: All slimline cards will be printed on “Standard Lustre Kodak Photo Paper”. NOTE: There is a 40 character limit for all Holiday greeting card custom text/caption fields. NOTE: Not every greeting card product offers the same amount of text/caption lines. It can range from 1 line to 3 lines, depending on the product.

STEP ONE: DOWNLOAD THE CCS-TSS GREETING CARD OFFER STEP TWO: COPY THE DESIRED GREETING CARDS FROM THE CCS-TSS GREETING CARD OFFER TO THE APPLICABLE OFFER STEP THREE: SET PRICING ON THE “PREMIUM GREETING CARD BUILDER – ONLINE OE” PRODUCT GROUPING STEP FOUR: SET PRICING FOR ALL REMAINING GREETING CARD PRODUCT GROUPINGS STEP FIVE: ASSIGN A USER CODE FOR ALL MANUAL ORDER ENTRY GREETING CARD PRODUCT GROUPINGS

STEP ONE: DOWNLOAD THE CCS-TSS GREETING CARD OFFER 1 – Log into CORE. Click on the “Setup” tab at the top. Click on the “Product Management” tab on the left hand side. This will take you into the “Offers & Packages” tab by default. Click on the “Click Here to Import an Official CCS Offer” tab. 2 – Form the “Offer” dropdown menu, select the “CCS – TSS Greeting Card Offer” option. Once selected, click the “Import” tab. NOTE: Once selected, you will be returned to the “Offers & Packages” screen.

STEP TWO: COPY THE DESIRED GREETING CARDS FROM THE CCS-TSS GREETING CARD OFFER TO THE APPLICABLE OFFER (Optional Step) NOTE: This step is optional ONLY if you wish to utilize the CCS-TSS Greeting Card offer “as-is”. IMPORTANT: The first 2 product groupings, “Premium Greeting Card Builder – Online OE” and “4x8 Greeting Card Builder – Online OE”, are the 2 product groupings you want to place in your offer if allowing the retail customer to select their select and build their greeting cards online. ALL OTHER OPTIONS ARE FOR MANUALLY ORDERING THE GREETING CARDS THROUGH CORE. IMPORTANT: There are 2 different categories of greeting cards (Premium & Slimline). The “Premium” cards are listed first in the offer, then the “Slimline”. 1 – Go into the desired offer you wish to copy the greeting cards too. Create a “Greeting Card” tab at the top. 2 – Go back to the offer list. Select the “CCS – TSS Greeting Card Offer”. 3 – Locate the desired greeting card product grouping. On top of the product grouping bar, select the “Copy” tab.

4 – From the offer dropdown menu, select the offer you wish to copy the greeting card product grouping into. Once selected, click the “Copy” tab. NOTE: Repeat steps 3 & 4 for any additional greeting card product groupings you wish to copy. 5 – Once all desired greeting card product groupings have been copied to the applicable offer, got back to the “Offers & Packages” screen. Go into the offer that the greeting card product groupings were copied into. Once in the offer, click on the left most tab. IMPORTANT: All copied greeting card product groupings will be copied to the left most tab (This is usually the “Packages” tab in most offers), and should be the first items displayed in that tab, from the top down. 6 – Go to the first greeting card product grouping and click on the “Display Tab” dropdown menu on the far right side of the product grouping bar. Select the “Greeting Cards” display tab option. (This will transfer the product grouping to the “Greeting Cards” tab) NOTE: Repeat this step for all remaining greeting card product groupings.

7 – Once all greeting card product groupings have been copied, click on the “Greeting Cards” tab at the top.

STEP THREE: SET PRICING ON THE “PREMIUM GREETING CARD BUILDER – ONLINE OE” PRODUCT GROUPING IMPORTANT: Pricing for these cards is set via the pricing grid shown below, NOT where you would normally enter the price via the “Price” column. This grid can be accessed by clicking the “Edit” tab to the left of the product. (See instructions below) IMPORTANT: Even if you aren’t changing the default pricing, the “Save Settings” tab MUST be selected once on this screen. The premium cards will NOT show up online unless you do so. 1 – Locate the “Premium Greeting Card Builder – Online OE” product grouping. Click on the “Edit” tab to the left of the product description. 2 – Click on the “Edit” tab next to the “Retail Premium Greeting Card Builder” product. 3 – Change the price scale accordingly (If desired). When finished, click the “Save Settings” tab.

STEP FOUR: SET PRICING FOR ALL REMAINING GREETING CARD PRODUCT GROUPINGS 1 – Locate the desired product/product grouping. Click the product price in the “Price” column. This will open up an editable text box. Change to the desired price. Click outside of the text box to lock in the change. Repeat this step for all remaining greeting card products/product groupings.

STEP FIVE: ASSIGN A USER CODE FOR ALL MANUAL ORDER ENTRY GREETING CARD PRODUCT GROUPINGS NOTE: Manual order entry greeting cards are greeting cards that are offered on any pre-pay event. You must assign a user code to these products, just as you would any other standard TSS product. 1 – Locate the desired product/product grouping. Click on the question mark in the “Code” column. This will open up an editable text box. Change to the desired user code. Click outside of the text box to lock in the change. Repeat this step for all remaining greeting card products/product groupings.
