The Registered and Head Office of the Company is situated at Pune, India. The manufacturing facility was completed on 12th Dec 1994 with the first full year of operations starting from 1st Jan 1995. The Company subsequently opened a Service Centre on 20th March 2002. Currently, the Company employs 366 people with its Regional Offices in North (Delhi), South (Chennai), East (Kolkata), North East (Guwahati) and West (Vadodara) of India and a dealer network all over India. PRODUCTS OVERVIEW 

 

   CX Valve: Non metallic ring type of valve. Specially designed for  low molecular 

weight gases, such as Hydrogen, H2 rich gases. Proven Design, High Reliability.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CE  Valve:  Non  metallic  ring  type  of  valve.  Successful  in  dirty  gas 

application  to  prolong  mean  time  between  two  shutdowns  of 

compressor. Energy efficient valve for high molecular weight gases. 

 

 

 

 

 

HDS Valve: Double damped plate type of valve. Available in metallic & non 

metallic versions. Durable. Widely used across all application. 

  

 

 

 

 

 

 Concentric  Valve:  Combined  Suction  &  Discharge 

valve. Good Solution where space is constraint. Used in 

Air, Ammonia application. 

 

 

 

 

 

Oil Scrapper Rings: To prevent oil  flow  from  crankcase  to packing  case  / 

cylinder. To minimize mixing of gas with oil. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cylinder Rings:  Piston Rings  are  used  to  seal  gas  between  piston 

and  liner  and  to  prevent  internal  circulation  across  piston.  Rider 

Rings act as bearing ring and takes piston weight and half of piston 

rod weight. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Piston  &  Piston  Rod:  Piston  is  either  Hollow  or  solid.  Casted  or machined.  Available  in  Steel,  Cast  Iron  & 

Aluminium material. Depending on application and grade of material piston can either be nitrated or anodized. 

Piston Rod is either forged or machined. Available in Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. Packing area of 

rod can be induction hardened, nitrated or tungsten carbide coated. Thread of rod can be rolled or machined.  

 

  

 

 

 

Diaphragm  Cylinder:  Used  for  efficient  operation  of  step  control 

compressor. Reliable. Replaces hand operated step control system. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

BOT Rings: To  increase  life of packing  rings. Application  is  for all gases 

having  molecular  weight  above  10.  Good  performance  in  dirty  gas 

application. 

 

 

 

 

 

Thermosleeve: Non cooled packing case where temperature is high 

and  where  water  contamination  takes  place.  Maintenance  free 

operation. Good heat  transfer. No water, no O  rings, no  cleaning 

required.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pressure  Packing:  Conventional  packing  case  used  on  double  acting 

compressors where  sealing  is  required  at  the  piston  rod  end  of  the 

cylinder. 

 

 

 

 

Poppet Valve: Non metallic mushroom shaped poppet valve. 

Durable, used on natural gas transport compressor. 

 

 

 

 

 

Check Valve  (NRV): Low pressure drop plate  type NRV  for air and gas 

applications. Can be mounted vertically, horizontally or  inclined for any 

pipe  size.  Used  for  constant  or  pulsating  flow.  Available  in  two 

executions, bell housing or sandwich type.   

 

 

 

 

 

Relief  Valve: Used  for  Safety.  To  release  the  pressure  inside 

crank case, vessel to avoid explosion. Wide range of application 

from  compressors  to  cement  dust  collector  to  oil  mist 

application. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

HydroCOM+CCM:  Stepless  Capacity  Control  System  for  reciprocating 

process  gas  compressor  to  save  considerable  energy  and  to  optimize 

process.  Can  be  extended  for  continuous  compressor monitoring  for 

analyzing compressor performance on day to day basis.
