- Revitalize dead area of the building front to an average of 60% usage during day time, non - office hours, daily.

- Renew sprinkler system and fountains- Recondition unused garden furniture set and put in- Maintain the Banyan Tree as center point and put in new surrounded plants

- Standardized workstation/office size according to corporate standard to be able to host the Business growth requirements by using existing workstations.

- Implement an open office concept to eliminate high partitions and allow natural light to reach inner area

- Engage Business Leadership Team and HR to concur on the Implement of Hotdesk system to sales team

- Add 1 energy hub, 2 Huddle rooms, and 2 phone-booths on each floor

New Carpet Replacement (Before): Oct.-Dec.2014

Achievements

- Replace carpet tile of the whole building (9,000 sq.m.)- Sourcing and get approval to use local brand carpet with similar HSSE standard instead

of regional preferred vendor and achieve 20% cost saving plus better service and maintenance in long term.

- Select carpet with pattern that can vary through room dimensions to prevent over stocking

Canteen Renovation (Before): Oct.2014 - Jan.2015

Achievements

- Renew canteen condition and replace new dining furnitures- Reduce the canteen area by 20 sq.m. to convert to new Townhall room but still maintain

dining capacity of 200 seats- Add new wash basin and basic kitchen appliances (Refrigerator, Microwave, Ice making

machine) for staffs who take their own food from home
