Rapid 35-40 minute cycle improves turnaround

The HMTS plasma sterilizers offer industry-leading 35-40 minute cycletimes resulting from their unique hydrogen peroxide plasma generation technology. Rapid cycles allow the Central Sterilization Departmentto process more loads per day.

Easy to Use

The operator selects the desired cycle via a colour touchscreen interface, which displays sterilization information and graphical representation of the cycle stages. At the end ofthe cycle, packs are ready for use or storage,with no aeration, cooling or drying required.

The hydrogen peroxide agent is provided ina convenient 20- cycle bottle which is easilyinstalled at the side of the machine. The 20cycle capacity means fewer changes and less work for the staff.

Lumen Guidelines

HMTS plasma sterilizers have been validated for stainless steellumens with 1 mm diameter and 50 cm in length, and soft lumens with 1 mm diameter and 10 metres in length.

When the hydrogen peroxide agent is installed,RFID technology ensures that the correct chemical is being used, and captures the lotnumber for the cycle documentation. The integrated memory card can store up to 9 years

of cycle data, which can be downloaded to a

PC via a card reader. A detailed print-out is also provided afterevery cycle.
