Conclusions

Low response rate, but major systems with the exception of CPT and Read responded

At least one terminology for each of the domains specified in the survey

Variation in license and fee structure

With the exception of the terminologies in the public domain, licenses are likely to be required for domain specification, message sending, and message receipt
