Hitchins Product Presentation
Is a special blend of cement, quartz sand and multiple activating chemical in powder form. Upon application the chemical will react to form insulable crystals that penetrate deep into the concrete. Type : Crystalline, Integral
Consumption : 1 x coating @ 1,0 kg/ m²
Two component cementitious waterproofing system that has excellent flexibility and strength. It is used in situation where movement or cracking of the substrate is occuring or anticpated.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
§ All surfaces to be waterproofed shall be cleaned by wire brushing, scraping or any other suitable means to remove dirt, grease, mould, etc.
§ All concrete surface should be dampen prior to waterproofing application.
Surface Preparation:
§ All new concrete surfaces shall be cured for a minimum of 14 days before the Waterproofing can be applied.

Formdex Plus: § Mixing: Add 5 part of powder to 2 part of clean water by volume, and
mix thoroughly for at least 3 minutes.
§ Mix only sufficient material that can be used up within its pot life (approx. 20 minutes).
§ Apply waterproofing slurry mix in 1xcoat @ 1.0 kg/m².
§ Allow 3 hours drying time between each coats.
Apply by brush of Formdex Plus, 1x coating
= Formdex Plus, 1.0 kg/m²

§ Mixing: Add 3 part of powder to 2 part of liquid by volume, and mix thoroughly with a mechanical mixer for at least 3 minutes.
§ Mix only sufficient material that can be used up within its pot life (approx. 60 minutes).
§ Apply waterproofing slurry mix in 2x coat @ 1.0 kg/m².
Formdex Uniflex:
§ Allow 3 hours drying time between each coats.
Apply by brush of Formdex Uniflex, 2x coating
= Formdex Uniflex, 2.0 kg/m²
= Formdex Plus, 1.0 kg/m²
