The history of the Legendary hotel "Sovietsky" began with the "Yar" restaurant, which was opened January 1, 1826 by French merchant and chef Tranceam ravine. Later, on the basis of the "Yar" restaurant was built the hotel "Sovietsky" in 1952 on the personal order of the son of "great leader" Vasily Stalin.

The hotel was intended for government delegations. Unfortunately, the turbulent 90s were not spared nor the "Sovietsky" hotel, nor the restaurant, so loved by people. "Sovietsky" hotel remained almost stagnant up to 1998. This year can be considered a new date of birth of the modern, Legendary hotel "Sovietsky".

The room 301 was permanently occupied by the son of Josef Stalin - Vasily. Terrace

Since 1910 summer terrace of Yar restaurant was extremely popular place in Moscow. Today the terrace is the reconstructed pavilion with fountain in the patio of the hotel. There are all types of seating.

Conference-hall « Sovietsky»

The perfect place to hold a business event in a solemn atmosphere in the style of Stalin's empire. A small foyer at the entry of hall can be used for registration of participants of the conference or seminar.

Conference-hall «Pushkinsky»

The hall is designed for small cocktail parties and banquets. High ceiling decorated with gilded moldings. It has private bathroom with WC and two entrances.

Conference-hall «Duncan»

It is intended for banquets or conference meetings. A huge room with six metres ceilings decorated with gilded stucco, painting, Corinthian columns and a massive crystal chandelier. It has its own bathroom with WC and three storage rooms and wardrobe.
